Repeal 18th Bar & Bistro

The cauliflower crust pizza is amazing and the crab rangoon pizza is a revelation. Also, this may sound strange, but the salad had the most perfectly distributed bacon bits of any salad I've ever been served. Little crunch in every bite. They are very detail oriented.

My husband and I had our wedding around the block at Cinder Block Brewery. It was a crazy day with all the rain. I had forgotten to preorder pizza and didn’t realize til it was time to party. Luckily, Old Shawnee was on it and got us plenty of pizza in a decent amount of time. So thank you! All the guest enjoyed the pizza! The Mac and cheese pizza is bomb!

Friendly service, cool decor, great cocktails and the pizza and appetizers were delicious! We will definitely be back. (Also, they had apparently just re-opened the day we were here.)

Chicken Risotto was great. But the Tiramisu was to die for! And the bartender Brandi made me my own special drink! Service was fast and friendly. I will be back again. One very satisfied customer here.

Delicious food and fabulous service! This place is fantastic. Loved everything about it. Visited with my family and it was a wonderful experience. Our server was really nice and attentive, the food was SO good and the ambiance was lovely. Quiet, but great background music playing. I would give it six stars if I could!

We really like the pizza. The crust is just right. We first had their pizza in old Shawnee. We were delighted when we found we could get it north of the River. Repeal 18 is a neat little pub. The people who work there are friendly and attentive! It’s a place where you can have pizza and other items on the menu, a cold beer or mixed drink if you choose (or not) and just relax. They have live music on certain nights. Outside garden with stage for warm weather. We give it our highest recommendation as a fun place to visit, eat, drink, and be merry! It's off to a nice start. Good staff. The food was great! Live music. There's a large outdoor area with a stage for when the weather is nice. Probably the best option in the area.

Wow! The drinks were delicious! Loved the atmosphere and creativity. Our bartender was like a mad scientist mixing us up delicious drinks. Food was good too! The orange Bunny drink was amazing!

The new keto crust pizza is so good!

The pizza was great. The service was SLOW.We had a table of 10; we came in before the lunch rush, around 11:15; there was 1 other table sat and a couple of people at the bar when we arrived; almost everyone at our table ordered pizza by the slice. It took an hour and a half.But the pizza was great! Loaded with toppings, neither over- nor under-baked. Would reccomend... if you have a lot of time to wait.

Top notch service and plenty of top shelf whiskey! There's even a mocktail menu. The bartenders know their stuff.

Love this place! Their cocktails, specifically the Manhattan and Old Fashioned, are excellent and the house drinks are priced really good. The pizzas and apps are also excellent. Service is always friendly but not dependably efficient.... Only improvement needed.

Great pizza, drinks, and great atmosphere. Kinda small and as word gets out will only get smaller and smaller but still overall a must try. Hopefully there are plans to expand. Pig and pepper pizza is phenomenal!!!

Just tried the new new menu. Delicious! Very refreshing! Staff very accommodating to any diet restrictions/requests. Drinks were amazing as usual. Thanks Gabbi for great service!! Can’t wait to come try it again! And btw holy cannoli!!! Yum!!!

This place is wonderful!!!! The food is incredible. Absolutely a place I will continue to frequent. The atmosphere just sets the pace for a great evening of good food, good drinks. I had a great time!!!!

Extremely neat atmosphere and super friendly staff! Went for food and drinks and there was nothing disappointing about it! The food was absolutely amazing, I highly recommend the Mac & Cheese pizza! We will most definitely be returning to Repeal 18th!

The pizza was really really good! I had an old fashioned and it was one of the better ones I've had. They didnt try to over think it and make it fancy it was perfectly simple and exactly what I wanted. Great service! We had our kids and they were very friendly. we will definitely go back!

First time visiting. Pizza lunch special took quite a while to cook due to a large to-go order being made. Salad was good & house green garlic dressing great. The pizza was a little thin on toppings & sauce just tasted like tomatoes. Prefer Pizza Shoppe. I will go back to try the pasta next time.

Great food, wasn't too expensive. We had bought three $10 vouchers from the shopping show on KADI at a discounted rate that covered most of our bill. They do have a veterans discount. The server was at our table right when she was needed without hovering. The music selection was comprised of big hits from 90s, which was even more surprising that I knew nearly every song that played. The decor was very fitting for it's theme. Now onto the food. They were large portions, all very very good. I was very impressed with the quality and portion size for the price of the meals. Every single one of us had leftovers enough to get full a second time. We will definitely be back next time we are in town.

We came in with a big group of over 20 people over the weekend. We did ask if they could accommodate a group that big with no heads up on a Saturday evening. They obliged and did not disappoint. Megan was our server and did a fantastic job keeping up with everyone's drink orders. We ordered a few rounds of apps and a few pizzas. The food was fantastic, (cheeseburger pizza was my personal favorite). This was a first time into the restaurant for a few of our friends, they were impressed and mentioned they would be returning again. I wanted to thank Megan and the kitchen staff for making our gathering a pleasant one. Keep up the great work!

Going to be a pretty nice UpScale Restaurant& Bar when they open in a week.

I tried Old Shawnee Pizza at Repeal 18th for the first time yesterday. They have a special every day after the Royals score 5 or more runs, so I couldn't resist the opportunity to try their pizza!! I got a one toppings small pizza for $5 and I ordered one of their craft beers on tap. The normal price for the pizza was $9.25, so this is essentially a half price deal!!! I counted 12 beer choices on draft and I assume they have others in bottles. The pizza was fantastic!! I ordered a meatball pizza and it came loaded with meatballs and piping hot on a cracker style thin crust!! I also have to mention they are known for their huge (400+ per their website) selection of whiskey and it is literally a WALL of whiskey!! This is located in Northtown (North Kansas City) a half block south of 210 Hwy. It was not crowded at all for my late lunch. The small pizza was more than enough for me, and would likely be enough for two moderate appetites. I will definitely be back!!!

Enjoyed pizza and live music by the Popskull Rebels Friday night on the patio. Pizza had a thin cracker-like crust so the focus was on the generous toppings.

First post quarantine Guinness. It's been to long. Fantastic food and great service.

Messaged them regarding vegan options they might have, and they were very quick to respond and very thorough in their responses. It made my visit very easy and the food was great. Just and FYI for anyone wondering about vegan options in the future, they do use eggless noodles, so the spaghetti with their plain marinara sauce (my friend ate the garlic toast that came with it) minus the cheese blend was a good delicious option. Their pizza crust is also vegan (flour, yeast, water, and oil), so you can pile that thing with toppings minus the cheese.

The restaurant is very neat and clean. You seat yourself so we found a booth, menus were already on the table, and it only took our waitress two minutes to come to the table. The menu has a good variety and it explains each item thoroughly. They have a very unique crust for their Pizza that was awesome. We tried the crab rangoon Pizza, which was very rich but the flavor was amazing. Then we had a meat pizza, which was very good as well. It's definitely a place I would try again. They have a small bar area toward the back, quite a few tables in the center that could be pushed together for larger groups and they have an outdoor patio area with some live music.

My absolute favorite location. I have been 3 times in the last two weeks. I love their theme. Very low key and they have a open patio. All times we have went had a band playing. Love this place. And love their classic salad. And the FAMOUS crab ragoon pizza.

Awesome salad, friendly crew, good service, liked the decor. Pizza great. I'd say something bad, but can't think of anything negative.
